We are currently investigating an issue with the mobile app v2.3.203 which crashes the Cinapsis app upon launching on Android devices. If you haven't updated the app to this latest version, PLEASE DO NOT MANUALLY UPDATE IT until we resolve this issue.

A possible workaround is to:

• Step 1. copy and paste the following link and send it to an email you can access from your mobile phone: https://downloads.cinapsis.org/mobile/cinapsis-v2.3.206.apk
• Step 2. on your mobile click on the link to install the updated app v2.3.206.apk

You may see a warning message asking if you can trust the app. Press 'Download' and install the app on your device.
