Workaround available for users who have received specialist reports without patient details during the incident we had on 08/03. Please use one of the following workarounds to retrieve the details:

  • in the email containing the report, please refer to the report file name. This will contain the patient's NHS number
  • ADMINISTRATORS AND SECRETARIES: please find the report in the practice inbox on Cinapsis by searching for case ID
  • REQUESTERS: please find the report in your Cinapsis inbox by searching for case ID

Please note that this issue has been resolved, however, if you have been affected by it, please use one of the workarounds provided.
